Do Glue dots damage toppers or frames?

Glue dots are safe to use on toppers, frames or charms. You can get removable or permanent. But you are to wear glue dots at your own risk! I am not responsible for any damage

Can charms damage toppers or frames?

I have only one reported case where a charm scratched a topper and I have been selling charms since lock down. I have sold thousands of charms. Glue dots can help. Metal toppers may be more susceptible to scratching. Wear at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damage

Are your charms magnetic

yes, I use N52 neodymium rare earth magnets. the best you can get

Are the shadies, filters or novelty sun tops polarized?

because I'm not FDA approved, I can not claim that the Shadies or novelty tops are polarized and UV protectant. You be the judge

The Gel Filters ARE NOT UV protectant or polarized.

Do you ship to Canada

Why specialize in super thin toppers when they can gap?

super thin toppers allow you to wear charms without much added weight, they don't bother your periphery vision and they are comfortable. Tack helps with any gaps. See video in section above on tacking toppers. every topper has advantages and disadvantages

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it

To start a return, you can contact us at ziaszenith@gmail.com. Please note that the cost of shipping for returns will need to be paid for by the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. SAFETY HANDLING OF NEODYMIUM MAGNETS

In general, neodymium magnets will lose their magnetic properties if heated above 175°F (80°C).

Neodymium magnets' strong magnetic fields can harm items like televisions, computersmonitors, credit cards, bank cards, computers, diskettes, and other data carriers, video tapes, mechanical watches, hearing aids, loudspeakers, and VCRs. If you have a pacemaker or other electrical body implant in use, keep a minimum of 3 feet distance from these magnets

Neodymium magnets should be kept away from children for safety reasons. Small magnets are a choking hazard and must not be swallowed or inserted into the body.

Under no circumstances should you try to pry off magnets, cut, saw or drill the neodymium magnets! Not only would the magnet break, but the resulting dust from the magnet is also highly flammable. Neodymium magnets should not be burned due to the production of toxic fumes.
